kar len.
7.Mithe taral padarth vajan badhate hain
Mithi chai,
coffee, cold drinks, fruit juice mein calories ki acchi matra hoti hai jo aapke

Badhaye, Tanav vajan nahin badhne ka pramukh karan hai. Tanav ke karan hi hum

jaldi asar karega aur aapka vajan badhega.
